Local-style Two-Bedroom House with Sea View
The owners of Sea Dreams lived in this house for five years. This is a local-style, wooden house with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with hot/cold shower. One bedroom has Air Conditioning, the other has a fan. The house is just beside our fly fishing shop on Front Street near the Split.
Enjoy the sea view and breezes from hammocks on a large front porch or in the yard (shared by the apartment below). Free use of bicycles, canoe, and grill. Amenities listed below.
Newly built Three-Bedroom House with Sea View
Still under construction, this comfortable vacation home is located just off Front Street, near the Split, and occupies its own private yard. This house will be available March 1, 2009.
The house is located 10 feet off the ground and offers views of the sunrise and the sunset. The two bedrooms on the main floor have air conditioning. The bedroom on the second floor has a fan.
Amenities for each house include:
- Air conditioning (in some of the bedrooms)
- Private bathroom with hot/cold shower
- Cable TV
- Coffee maker
- Alarm clock
- Free purified drinking water
- Maid Service every three days
Free use of:
- Hotel pier (best sunset views on the island and great spot to catch bonefish and tarpon)
- Hotel Rooftop patio
- Canoes
- Bicycles (on a first come, first serve basis)
Sea Dreams Services include:
- Bookings for tours and/or lessons for fishing, diving, snorkeling, kiteboarding, windsurfing and other island activities.
- Rental of:
- underwater camara
- spotlight for night-time crocodile spotting along the airstrip
Rates:
- Two-bedroom House: $150 US plus 9% hotel tax
- Three-bedroom House: $165 US plus 9% hotel tax
