Cancellation Policy:

Cancel fifteen days or more before your requested arrival date to receive a full refund.

When you cancel less than fifteen days before your requested arrival, we charge the following cancellation fee to your credit card (to cover administration, banking, and lost reservations fees):
7-14 days: 10% of your full booking amount or one night (whichever is less)
3-6 days: one night of your reservation
Two days or less, including "no show"s: the full booking amount
